Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver

By signing below, the Applicant ("Buyer") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms with Peptide Xplorations ("Seller"):

1. Research use only. All peptides and related products supplied by Peptide Xplorations are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are NOT intended or approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical or therapeutic use.

2. Licensed & qualified buyer. Buyer represents that it is a licensed business and that all products will be handled and resold only by qualified persons for lawful research purposes, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Resale compliance. Buyer is solely responsible for how it markets, labels, and resells products, and will not represent products as fit for human use. Buyer will pass these research-use-only terms to its own customers.

4. Assumption of risk & release. Buyer assumes all risk arising from its purchase, handling, storage, resale, and use of the products and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Peptide Xplorations, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from such use or misuse, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. No warranty. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond conformity to stated specifications. Peptide Xplorations's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.

6. Accuracy. Buyer certifies that all information provided in this application is true and complete.
